Mr. Robert Armah is a seasoned banking executive with over 20 years of experience in corporate banking, risk management, and financial services across Ghana and West Africa. He has held leadership roles at major banks including Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG), ADB, and Stanbic Bank, specializing in strategy, business development, and high-value transactions in sectors like Oil & Gas, Agriculture, and Infrastructure. Robert established CBG’s Energy & Telecoms Unit in 2019 and later served as General Manager of Corporate Banking, overseeing key portfolios. With regional expertise, he structured financing solutions for John Deere across five West African markets and pioneered smallholder farming programs. A Commonwealth Scholar, he holds an MBA in Finance (UK) and executive certifications from London Business School and Standard Bank SA.
Emmanuel Yi
renkyi Antwi is the Director of Operations at CSEL. Mr. Yirenkyi Antwi has been at the forefront of legal gold mining and trading activities since 2009 with a proven track record as a chief advocate for policy development and implementation in Ghana’s artisanal small-scale mining industry. Presently serving as the CEO of Gold Empire Resources Ltd., alongside his role as Director of Operations at CSEL. Emmanuel has over 15 years’ experience in gold mining and trading, commodities trading (sugar, rice, cashew and shea nuts), mining engineering, mine policy advocacy, and real estate development. Emmanuel is responsible for ensuring the efficient running of mining operations at GERL’s duly licensed mining concessions across Ghana. Owing to his keen interest in projecting and promoting the image of Ghana’s artisanal small-scale gold mining industry, Emmanuel has been a Board Member of the National Steering and Implementation Committee on the Minamata Convention, Republic of Ghana since 2017, as well as a Board Member of the Alliance for Responsible Mining. Emmanuel is a Certified Financial Analyst Candidate at the CFA Institute, USA; with a postgraduate certificate in Digital Strategy and Leadership at the Nobel International Business School (NiBS), Ghana.
Mr. King Solomon Saaed-Saad is the CEO and General Consultant of a group of companies with over 25 years of working experience in airline/aviation and advertising. King Solomon has been actively involved in commodities trading, sales and marketing activities in Africa, USA and Europe. As an astute marketing and advertising professional, King has consulted for and managed key marketing and advertising accounts for leading companies such as Tigo, MTN, Vodafone, Zain/Airtel, Expresso, CAL Bank, GCB, UMB, Diageo (Guinness), Nestle, Unilever, Surfline, ADB, Bank of Africa, and Universal Motors. Previously, King Solomon worked as a Senior Executive with KLM and Digicast Co. Ltd. Having worked in various industries, King Solomon has garnered diverse skills and great experience which has positioned him as a General Consultant and serves companies and brands with his expert knowledge.
Mr. Kwame Tawiah Wilson is an experienced international businessman with over 35 years in commodities trading, specializing in cocoa exports from Ghana to Asia since 2008. He has played a key role in supplying agrochemicals to the Ghana Cocoa Board to combat pests since 2013. Wilson facilitated Japanese government grants for the Kasoa-Yamoransa highway project in collaboration with Taisie Corporation. Currently, he chairs Cedar Seal Group of Companies Ltd. and CSEL, aiming to establish them as leading importers of petroleum products and developers of renewable energy solutions in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Mr. George N. Owodo is the Senior Partner at Jelorge Business Advisory Services, offering expertise in financial audits, oil sector negotiations, mining reforms, and corporate restructuring. As a consultant for Cedar Seal Group, he guides policy, change management, and restructuring. Previously, he was CFO (Consultant) for Springfield Group and CH Group, overseeing finance, risk, and investments across oil & gas, real estate, and agribusiness. With a background in banking (Stanbic Bank) and insolvency practice, he specializes in corporate governance, mergers, and financial strategy. He holds an MBA in Finance and is a Fellow of ICAG, with memberships in several professional accounting and restructuring bodies.
Dr. Edwin A. Opare is a Board Director and Managing Director of Cedar Seal Energy Limited, as well as Executive Vice President at Gold Empire Resources Limited (GERL), a gold mining and trading firm approved by the Bank of Ghana. With over 10 years in commodities trading, he has focused on cocoa exports to Asia through Cedar Seal Group. He also imports sugar and rice via African-Indo Resources Limited. A seasoned IT professional, Dr. Opare developed the Optimum-RM ERP Software for gold mining management and served on the Bank of Ghana’s eCedi Advisory Group, contributing to Ghana’s digital currency development.
